May 10, 201214 yr So having finally bought the PBY Catalina X in the recent PCAviator sale, I have been looking for ORBX seaports to fly her round. Problem is, all my Australian ones seem to be totally messed up. I have tried YCY1, YTS1, YBH1, YLZ1 and all of them do one of the following: 1) Deposit me landing gear down in the sea on a sort of underwater runway 6 inches below the surface, which has a centre line running off across the ocean. 2) Load me up into solid rock or a wooded hill on the coast. It doesn't seem to matter if I enable or disable ORBX Oz, the problem remains. I don't have any other add-on scenery for that region either, other than the freeware ORBX airports - and I don't think that I have anything else that would affect it except for the Holgermesh...which I have tried disabling to no effect. I have tested NZSI, PNW and some non ORBX US and European seaports and they all seem fine - it is just Oz that is a mess! Any ideas? Cheers! Iain

I have default FSX with a dozen addon airports. All 4 of those you listed do not exist in my FSX. So yeah, seems like its an airport design specific issue and I would contact the creators.
May 11, 201214 yr Author lol - I thought they were default airports! I have no idea where they came from in that case - must have been bundled in with another add-on or plane... Cheers! Iain

May 13, 201214 yr Didn't the Catalina come with some seaports? If so maybe its acalsjh beween them and the Orbx scenery? http://www.nzff.org
