Do they really allow the public have them? I wonder if the available fcom in the net are pirated, or not. I don't think ones that smartcockpit provides are not the ones used in real ops, correct me please.

And if anyone has an estimated price, it'd be very much appreciated. Thanks

It's doubtful. I found an apparently genuine B737 FCOM that contains::

Unless given permission from Boeing, whoever uploads those FCOM's are commiting a crime.
