May 19, 201214 yr A friend of mine who happens to be a glider tug pilot for our airclub, who operated a taildragger (Auster) when I started flying gliders in 1980, and nowadays a Rallye Commodore or a Robin, asked me about FLIGHT, and I decided to show it to him... Of course, after a few minutes he was asking for bad weather situations, landing the Maule and the RV, and even the Stearman... Whow!!!! this is simply astounding he comented... Then I went ahead and showed him the MP/Prop inconsistencies, and that spin climb from 85000' to try and get from him some support for my small quarrel with FLIGHT during the last weeks... His: "C'mon guy, you're JOKING right?????" said it all.... ;-) Ah! There's another FLIGHT pilot - don't know his gamertag yet - although working hard on his JAR FCL certification as a commercial pilot he will not be around that much... Flying gliders since 1980 Flightsimming since 1992 AMD Ryzen 5600x, 32GB RAM, GPU Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti 8 GB, 1 TB and 500 GB nvme2 SSD drives, HP 27" 60Hz LED monitor @ 1920x1080, T16000, Hotas from old X52 Pro, Saitek Combat Rudder Pro (2010 model)
May 19, 201214 yr His: "C'mon guy, you're JOKING right?????" said it all.... ;-) LOL My thoughts exactly and I told you so too, although in different wordings...! Don't focus too much on what's wrong with the game, enjoy what's good in it. And there is plenty of good stuff in it! And it's only just begun...

May 19, 201214 yr Lol, that is what I was thinking, too... I just wasn't going to say anything. The spin bug doesn't bother me in the least, since it's something I will never encounter in normal flight unless I'm trying to duplicate the bug. The MP one, yeah, it's not right, but it doesn't really cause a problem, it's just an erroneous instrument reading. Do the "real" flight sims get it right? Heck, I'd rather have DG drift and baro alt adjustments added ahead of fixing that, and even those are pretty minor in the grand scheme of things, getting more into "operating" the plane than "flying" it.
