March 4, 200323 yr Ok, I am a diehard lover of the DF737-400, but on recommendations of others, have decided to give the PIC767 a try. My first question is how do I merge it with the POS (Project Open Sky) 767's? I heard that that is the best integration for this aircraft. I am hoping that others in this forum can give me some advice on enhancing this aircraft, and any input into what may be the best "Payplane" on the market. Rants allowed... lol
March 5, 200323 yr It's been a while since I've done it... but if I recall there were some utilities to assist users in merging the two. Project Open Sky, usually referred to as POSKY (as opposed to POS! :) ) models with the PIC767 make a great combo!Try looking on this and other file libraries for the PIC-POSKY merge files. Good luck!-Greg
March 5, 200323 yr Check out the 767PIC forum here Marcus for all the help you need and want.Search the library for 'picposky3a.zip'for Lee Hetherington's excellent merge files and explanation. Also don't forget to keep the navdata updated by visiting Richard Stefan's web site, SID/STARs are also there.http://www.navdata.at/Enjoy, but don't complain you don't have enough hands to fly it or that there is too much to read in the manuals ;) j/kFrom memory I don't think the included flights work in FS2k2 but I may be wrong.Rgds
March 5, 200323 yr Ooops, sorry Marcus :-erks , forgot it wasn't in the library.Try thishttp://www.sls.lcs.mit.edu/ilh/767picAnd visit the 767PIC support forum here.Best of luck.
March 6, 200323 yr >And again, that site does not have the pic posky merge file. >arrgh! >lol Strange, I just tried the link and there were 3 merge files available for down load :-hmmm Unless we are talking about different things.
March 6, 200323 yr I believe we are. I am looking for the actual file picposkyUnless those files inclide the merge exe files. And once I have the files, are they pretty easy to use?
