Can we all get along

Recommended Posts

Would it be preferable to install FSX on a drive other than the drive that FS9 is installed or does it matter?

The drives are not the boot "C" drive but 2nd and third internal drives.

Thanks

Dom

Technically I don't think it's necessary. What's important is that the FS drive is fast (SSD?), reliable and not running out of free space. If it's a HDD, frequent defragmenting is in order. From a data management point of view if having two seperate FS drives feels cleaner and more orderly then that's a good enough reason to do it.
