June 1, 201214 yr Would it be preferable to install FSX on a drive other than the drive that FS9 is installed or does it matter? The drives are not the boot "C" drive but 2nd and third internal drives. Thanks Dom
June 1, 201214 yr Technically I don't think it's necessary. What's important is that the FS drive is fast (SSD?), reliable and not running out of free space. If it's a HDD, frequent defragmenting is in order. From a data management point of view if having two seperate FS drives feels cleaner and more orderly then that's a good enough reason to do it.
