Sorry to be a pest, but I wanted to ask if it would be possible to add the option of having the user ask the copilot to start the APU, versus the default scenario where he starts immediately after leaving the active runway upon landing. I believe a delayed start would save fuel, especially during long taxis (think of Amsterdam Schiphol runway 18R, that must be at least 15 minutes!)

 

This is just a humble suggestion that could enhance realism, especially nowadays with high energy costs where every drop of fuel counts.

However, you could just set the EXT Power source to GPU, in which case the FO will not start the APU during his after landing flow.

 

Then you could start the APU manually when desired... just ensure you set the power source back to APU prior to the shutdown flow.
