June 21, 201213 yr This is not a regular FT KSEA: OE-LAT (proper names are good - much more friendly.) The story is that FlightZone produced a first-class KPDX airport some years ago - FS9, including a large territory around it, with some three other fairly well-detailed satellite airports as well, then one day the owner - 'Vauchhez' just up and quit, and left everyone hanging. The website stayed up for a year or so, and it contained a number of posts by folks trying to make it work in FSX. It was first modified for FSX by someone (whose name escapes me), and I guess a few other guys, myself included, kept the post and played with it some more. A couple of those gentlemen - Lawrence Robbins & Anthony Cacciatore, continued, and came up with an acceptable KPDX for FSX. It works "OK", but nothing like the modified Seattle. They also began to play with the Seattle Tacoma airport and that one has made a very successful transition to FSX and suprisingly - it's DX10 compatible. SEA's only 'problem' is that it's Summer season only, and there is some very small amount of jetway flashing, but other than that it's perfectly usable. Other "proper" airports have greater issues! http://www.myflights...mBlog/KSEA.html Try it - you might like it! OrbX Darrington has a fair amount of flashing in it's runways. June 21, 201213 yr Flightlab's KSFO X doesn't work at night with DX10. The taxiway textures and the ground lights show up as grey boxes. AJ Pongress
