June 21, 201213 yr It would be nice to have such an option in MS FLIGHT. It could be limited to just a few minutes, but would be important to watch those crosswind landing techniques under real bad weather..... I believe the reason for it not to have been ported to MS FLIGHT was probably the impact it would have on the overall performance of the sim though... Flying gliders since 1980 Flightsimming since 1992 AMD Ryzen 5600x, 32GB RAM, GPU Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti 8 GB, 1 TB and 500 GB nvme2 SSD drives, HP 27" 60Hz LED monitor @ 1920x1080, T16000, Hotas from old X52 Pro, Saitek Combat Rudder Pro (2010 model)
June 21, 201213 yr Agreed -- that would really be nice to have. In a racing sim I use, viewing the race afterwards, with the ability to stop, change viewing angle, watch in slow motion, etc, is a great help in analyzing and improving your own performance. Even if MS only implemented it on landing challenges, that would at least be something. There's no place like this place, so this must be the place.
June 21, 201213 yr If there was even the slightest chance that it would make Flight run like FS9 or FX, and it was optional, I wouldn't take a chance in installing it.
