Carbon Cub for FSX?

Featured Replies

All of a sudden I have a strong desire for a Carbon Cub for FSX. I thought I'd use her in Alaska. Is there one available or in development? If so, hopefully it will include a realistic VC.

Anyone else want one?

I should think one of the fancy variants of these would do the trick:

If you want a general overview of the Flight Replicas floatplane version Cub, here's a review of that which I did:

and if you want another Avsim review of the wheeled version:

That Super Cub Ultra looks good. Bernt Stolle FDE and things. It should also give a decent performance with that 210hp engine.

Stan, take a look at Flight Replica's Super Cub Ultra. It's a great little aircraft and a lot of fun to poke around in. It's perfect for those short, Topo-challenged grass/gravel strips you find all over Orbx's CRM. You kind of have to get used to bringing your lunch when you fly her but, other than that, she will give you a great time!

Thanks, Al, and others. I like the Ultra. I definitely will give it a try.

Don't hesitate on reviewing it if you like, Stan. Adding the 'Ultra' to the reviews already mentioned. Looks like a nice thing to me after reading that free manual.

With a cockpit or without?
