Level D 767 Features

Featured Replies

Hi,

I am a proud owner of the PMDG 744 add on, it's great, I am also very keen on the B767 and I know level D have a reputation as excellent quality, for those of you who have the FS9 level D 767 I wonder if you could be kind let me know if it has the following features.

A) does it simulate Low Fuel Temp warning

B) TCAS display, does it show aircrafts around you who are lets say 6,000ft below or above, ie is not like coded to a certain value +/- 3000ft like PSS and Captain Sim 757

C) can you hear the sound differences when you switch off the Recirculation Fans

D) During ENG start in very cold temp, does it simulate low oil pressure etc

E) does it have WX radar

F) when you shut down ENG does it show residual heat on the EGT temp, unlike some add ons that drops the EGT to zero straight away.

Many thanks for your help

Just passing by before I head of to bed so I wont answer your questions directly. What I will say is it has more features then the PMDG 744. If it's on the 744 then it will be on the 767 and probably a bit more depth in some areas.

Both products do not have a weather radar by default although I believe you can add one to the 767 using a third party mod (don't quote me on that)

You wont regret purchasing it, and if you are comfortable flying the Queen you will feel at home with the 767

Skybus2000,

give the LevelD 767 a shot, you won't be sorry.

Its still easily amongst the best ever add-ons for FS9! Certainly the best 767 for FS out there.

I echo the comments made above. I do recommend you consider purchasing the newly released VC textures by Zinnertek - they are excellent. If you do want to add wx radar, I should warn you that the RXP WX500 radar shouldn't be added to the LevelD 767. It will work okay, but it will mess up some of the 767 systems. Nobody knows why - but it does...

Don't forget to obtain the free winglet upgrade from LevelD.

You can't go wrong with this product. Even though it was released so long ago, it is still an outstanding product with absolutely no issues. Everything works exactly as it should

Cheers
