FS9 to FSX AI

I am visiting a friend later who has recently bought a killer spec machine. I currently run FS9 on mine. If I were to copy all of my AI aircraft folders (including textures etc) and traffic scenery files to disk to paste into his FSX, would it work? Is the format for scenery and aircraft files the same for FS9 and FSX?

The FS9 AI needs to be converted to FSX AI. Conversion is easy with AI Flight Planner.

You can find there not only info, but also specific tools for some minor textuers replacements and thigs like that. I use a lot all this is stuff, because I maintain the two versions and I usually prepare my AI Traffic for FS9 and after I copy it in FSX, with little adjustements.
