July 21, 201213 yr Interesting video from the Boeing channel on YT. I was wondering, is this kind of thing possible in FS? It would be pretty neat rather than entering it manually for 52 waypoints! Dev Singh
July 21, 201213 yr Yo do not have to enter manually wind for every single waypoint. It is possible in FS in 2 ways, to make online service similar to boeing one, or to simulate service by reading weather data in FS and than filling FMC with collected data. July 22, 201213 yr I've essentially been doing this for years, using ActiveSky. Once I've processed the route in ActiveSky, I'd put the overall average wind into the FMS and about 200nm prior to TOD re-run it and use the updated weather for the descent forecast. Luke Harvest
