July 22, 201213 yr You can't do better than submit a support ticket. I've found Paul and Ryan to be very helpful. You certainly won't get their kind of expertise here on the forum. Mike Beckwith

July 23, 201213 yr It's in the readme file: UNINSTALL NOTES: ================ If you need to uninstall the PMDG 737-800/900 or any other PMDG Simulations product, please run this installer again and select the REMOVE option. Also, you can use the ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS item in your Windows Control Panel. DO NOT MANUALLY DELETE FILES FROM YOUR MACHINE. (we warned you!) Mike Beckwith
