July 24, 201213 yr Hi guys, First i know this is not a support forum for software made by VRinsight but i wanted to hear experience from you guys . I have a issue on my Windows 7-64bit platform when running the software from Vrinsight and using the NGX´s FMC. The problem is related to CPU hog and as a result making the frames jumping forward and reverse every 10 seconds or so. The CPU LOAD of the software can go up to 30% but normally it would steal 24% of my I7-950. The issue seems worse when the CPU is overclocked. A solution which is not optimal is making the software run in "low priority" . This way it would still steal up to 24% but the frames seems more stable. I have tried re-install the drivers and software three times with no luck. Thanks in advance Michael Moe Michael Moe
July 24, 201213 yr I have personally never installed the VRInsight software, only the drivers. I use this software instead: http://forum.avsim.net/topic/338310-linda-v111-released/ Adrian Burley London, UK
July 24, 201213 yr I don't like the vrinsight software to. I just link my CDU II via FSUIPC.ini with a Lua script. I found this somewhere on the Avsim forums and it works great without any aditional program. The only small problem is that before everyflight I need to drag and resize my NGX CDU to fit the CDU II screen.
