Is the NGX Bank Limit feature functional? It hasn't shown any signs of life here. Does the feature

need to be enabled somewhere?

No problems here. Are you sure you are in heading select mode and not LNAV? LNAV is fully automatic and does not allow manual bank limitations.

The bank limiter only applies in HDG or VOR/LOC modes. It does not apply in LNAV as mentioned above.
