July 31, 201213 yr Been looking for this myself. There's one for FS9 in the AVSIM library. Don't know if it would transfer to FSX. Search for:- asynchronous_strobes_effects.zip
July 31, 201213 yr I will try it out and see what happens and report back I think this question has come up before and the answer was that this file works fine in FSX.
