*** Venting *** Eaglesoft Citation X Texture Mismatch

Featured Replies

I purchased the Eaglesoft Citation X a couple of weeks ago and I liked it but I was very dissapointed with the texture mismatch in the nose and tail of that model. It looks to me like they went overboard enhancing the passenger cabin but it is dissapointing to see texture mismatch like this on a payware product.Kerke

Hmmm, I've flown over 80 hours in the Citation X & have never noticed any texture problems. I'm perfectly happy with it.LonelyplanetXO

You've vented here, but have you also vented in their support forums? What was their response? They are VERY good at following up on issues, but you have to bring them to their attention in the right venue. Eaglesoft will move heaven and earth to fix the issue, if there is one.-John

Eaglesoft's changed their URL...They are now at www.eaglesoftdg.com...You'll be able to link to the forums from there...-John

Please do. I'd like to see what you see. Is it an add on livery, or one of the shipping ones?I'm sure we can fix whatever ails ya. :)Best,Bill

There is a slight mismatch of textures on the nose cargo doors because of the nature of the model...it is very slight and in most cases not noticable without pointing it out.I can say that we already have done all that can be done to get a better match on those doors. Our new URL is http://www.eaglesoftdg.com and the forums are linked from there. We would appreciate the courtesy of hearing from you there:-)
