MD_11 Window reflection

Featured Replies

Hi,

purchased yesterday the MD11cause i´m very satisfied with the 747 and the Jetstream - but i´m wondering and being very disappointed about no Cockpit Window reflection.

Any other informations -download from AVSIM or others?

The windows would have to be there in the model for a texture to work. Unfortunately, they are not.

The fact that there are no window reflections are missing is a minor thing.- it's a great plane.

Do the tutorial flight from London to Zurich, you will love this plane.

Beech Baron: Uh, Tower, verify you want me to taxi in front of the 747?
ATC: Yeah, it's OK. He's not hungry.

I totally agree with you. It is a great plane.

PMDG explained why there isn't any reflection.

But I have to agree with Branton. It would have made the looks in the VC more like " the inside of something" like in the 737NGX.

But if you start flying with the plane, you very quickly forget about the reflections. I fly several times in the real MD11 cockpit and this PMDG MD11 is as real as you can get. A great plane !! Even without reflections :P
