FS2Crew wont install

Today I purchased FS2Crew for PMDG 737 NGX and spent two hours trying to get it to install. The installer gets to 1% and stalls out. The file it appears trying to intall is fs2crewdata.ini. I tried it twice but no luck. The installing locates my FSX folder just fine. I am running Windows 7 64bit. Any help would be appreciated.

I got your email and replied.

 

I gave you some suggestions to try. Let me know if they work.

 

I suspect you have something running in the background that is interfering with the install process. Hard to say as I've never seen this issue before.
