Popularity of the Voice Versions

Recommended Posts

Hi Bryan,

I admit to not having got used to using my copy of FS2Crew for the PMDG 747-400X currently. But I shall certainly be buying copies of the product for the forthcoming B777 and B744 v2. I have changed my mind after seeing Froogle's magnificent videos for the B737 on YouTube. It seems that the voice versions of FSCrew are the only really realistic way to go.

Without exposing any commercial secrets, could you tell us the proportion of your sales of voice versions of your products as a percentage of the total?

Cheers, Richard

Considering the NGX version ships with both in one package I imagine a number isn't easy to figure.

Personally I just really hope the PMDG 777 version is released with a button version.

It's very hard to say because there are a lot of variables.

Voice generally is popular though. People like "talking" to their computers.

I really hope future products have both button and voice versions. I personally prefer the button version. It's easier and I talk enough with real flying, lol. I find the button version realistic and right to the point.
