Fraps literally takes off 10 frames when I hit record. Is that the best I can do?

Im trying to make clear HD 1080 P videos to put on youtube and ive been slowing down FSX in the replay and then hitting record and speeding up the clip to get better frame rates.

either way he needs to replay the fsrecorder file and capture it in video format..

The "make video option" converts the fs recorder file into WMV files so it is not a capture process per say.
