Flight1 let me apply a coupon that I screwed up and didn't use when I bought an airplane recently. Seems like they always go the extra mile to take care of their customers. Not the first time they've helped me out.

 

Also wanted to say thanks to those folks since they always close the ticket before I get a chance to express it.
