  1. I have to agree with you. They aren’t anywhere near the level of those other guys, but still respect what they do bring to the game. They just need to dial back their advertising a bit and be a little more realistic when setting expectations…
  2. The external view in MSFS has a fish eye lens type of look. You can really see it when you rotate around the plane and the wings or fuselage end up stretching into longer than normal dimensions. Example:
  3. Does this get rid of the fish eye lens in external view??
  4. Am I missing files or something?? Because my FSLTL folder is not anywhere near 40GB and I haven't resized anything...
  5. Personal preference. If a driver works and you have no issues, why update?
  6. I’ve never used chase plane before but this one has me excited. Will definitely be picking it up! Looking forward to release!
  7. The last update I see was from January 2023?
  8. I rarely update drivers. If it ain't broke, don't fix it! I purchased my 4080 way back when they came out and I've updated the driver twice. If I want to update for whatever reason, I can always either download from their site or just reinstall the app and then uninstall after. Easy.
  9. This was my issue so I just deleted the nvidia app altogether and never an issue since. I also noticed less performance and weird stutters with the app.
  10. People will continue to hype up iniBuilds product pre release, product will release with serious performance issues, people will complain and say “I’m not going to purchase day 1 from ini again!” And then repeat the cycle…
  11. My biggest requirement in an add on is true to life flight dynamics. If they can nail that, then systems could be dumbed down a little bit. Not the basic systems! But things like the failures in depth systems. I handle enough in depth systems with my real life flying career. I do agree with Fenix though, today’s simmers don’t care about learning an aircraft anymore, or even if it flies like a GTA plane. Most seem to just want eye candy and a cabin modeled. If those boxes are checked, then every fancy new plane that hits the market gets called “the greatest simulated airplane ever!!” As for the ini A350, I think I’ll be holding off until more solid reviews come out (not the knee jerk bandwagon reactions). Probably even a lower price tag (ouch!) I’ve been burned by almost every ini product I’ve picked up.
  12. I’ve been using the beta as well and have profiles for the 737, 777, and MD-11. Super lucky to have Spad!
  13. 😂 and who is surprised by this?? I don’t get how so many people jump on the “greatest simulation airplane ever!!” bandwagon when the company has proven time and time again that their products run poorly. Maybe wait a bit after it’s been out before making those claims?…
  14. Not missing out on much with the 2020 version! Will definitely wait for user feedback. It’s certainly not the first time the community gets hyped for an ini product only to be let down.
  15. Close, their site says greater than 45 days.
  16. Without the need to click on any small hidden buttons, their product page in their biggest font size on that page literally states: Streaming Display Mode displays PFP 3N (Panel of Flight Plan) data of any 737 aircraft from any game or professional simulation software running on the Windows platform, syncing in real-time with aircraft module data. And that is a straight copy and paste from their product page.
  17. Their product page does state, word for word, “any 737 aircraft from any game or professional simulation software running on the Windows platform”.
  18. Yeah… I didn’t get the airbus one and as far as 737’s go, I only bought the 700 variant for MSFS. Spent enough on the other variants throughout the years. Soooo mines just collecting dust, taunting me of what could be…
  19. That’s what I’m waiting for too… ridiculous they only support one 737 model and variant..
  20. Sooo what am I missing if I’m able to run ultra settings and have a high performing sim using TAA? What exactly does DLSS do that has so many people excited over TAA? I’m honestly not too familiar with these new technologies.
  21. That was my guess too, until I spoke with support. They stated they will consider it but as of right now, it is not on their timeline for upcoming models. Only the Asobo 737 and the iFly Max 8 are.
  22. Funny thing is, even the Airbus MCDU says it supports the PMDG 737-800 in the WinWing software notes... They really are leaving the Boeing crowd in the dirt.
