For people that purchased the 737 FMS, does anyone have a problem when you want to insert the date into the fms or for example insert the waypoint to close route discontinuity and the Winwing FMS freezes but the flight sim fms still works. There is a problem with the execute function. In sim it works, but it freezes the Winwing FMS until you press execute in the sim, than the WinWing FMS works again.

Did they start shipping yet? How are all these people getting their hands on the units? Apologies for off topic and not addressing the question of the OP.

I didn't receive my PFP3N unit yet but I noticed the PMDG 737 freezes with me when replacing or deleting waypoints, this recently happened after installing the Boris soundpack. 

It might not relate though..

Yes they did, mine is on the way MCDU and PFP3N...arrival on tuesday

Order date was 21st January, and I received it on 2nd February

Mine just arrived and I too have that problem.

Unsure if you're aware, but the Reddit you posted now includes a fix. 

 

I tested it out today and had to move around my other usb controllers.

I cant get the backlight controls to sync the PMDG despite having it enabled to sync games im the simapp pro.

I guess the in-build light sensor needs to be turned off?

I found a missing key (the return key) when you try to load a panel state and want to return. That function doesnt work.

The brightness +- on the FMC only changes the display backlit in the sim PMDG FMC. not the physically.

Looking forward to improvements and the whole 737 lineup including the iFly MAX.

I have had the MCDU now for a few weeks. No real problems.

In 2024, I have had to restart the App (SimPro I think) a couple times both when my EFIS/FCU units as well as the MCDU has not displayed numbers or letters. But just restarting the App always solves it, no need to end flight or quit MSFS.

I use exclusively for the Fenix 3xx planes and I love all  the WinWing stuff.

 

I'm hopeful this becomes much better once spad.next officially starts supporting this product.

That’s what I’m waiting for too… ridiculous they only support one 737 model and variant..

It's been on my desk for over a week, and so far I've only gotten to use the Airbus one. I'd describe it as more than a bit of a drag.

Yeah… I didn’t get the airbus one and as far as 737’s go, I only bought the 700 variant for MSFS. Spent enough on the other variants throughout the years. Soooo mines just collecting dust, taunting me of what could be…

I still didn't unbox my PFP3N unit due to being busy with work, but the MCDU seems to be working fine so far. I'll give my feedback on Friday
