yeah it's the big one though. You can always use spad or other programs to do the rest of the stuff

Yeah right. Cdu is huge though. But displaying on the cdu doesn’t work. I’m sure spad can do everything else. I swear by it. It’s the best addon in the flightsim world in my opinion

There were two sound packs for p3d version. One for switches and such. Another for the rest. They were huge improvement

Even if it did. You could just delete that single sound file.

I actually feel different. I love the Lear 35. I have the Citation X in the hangar and look forward to learning it. But right now enjoying the lear. In my mind it has some of the best sounds in the sim.

I don't know. It's one of the few cases where I use the freeware one. I don't fly there much. Considered buying the payware though. Especially now that I'm flying more general aviation

I just bought the Lear 35. I really like it for the most part. I'm not a super big fan of the newer generation of avionics. Though I do like the GTN 750. The flight model seems very sensitive to me. Especially the rudder. Though I may need to tweak my settings for the plane.

I've heard OLED is amazing for night flying since they excel showing dark colors. However I always get nervous about the burn in issue inherent to that type of monitor.

I'm going to delay buying this until they add full hardware FMC capability. I use spad next to power my home cockpit. For an $85 addon, I find it ridiculous they chose not to support hardware FMC's.

from their forum. this is a straight copy and paste. I did it, and it worked for me. Note it's not perfect. Certain things like wind in the cockpit do not work. Though if you have FSRealistic it will bridge the gap and add the sounds. In your Community\z_Immersive-Audio-MaddogX-Sound-Immersion-NG\SimObjects\Airplanes - Copy all the folders and rename them : MaddogX20th83 , MaddogX20th and MaddogX20th88, now you have 6 sets of folders, the old maddog ones and the 20th ones - copy the layout.json and rename it layout.bak for exemple, that's in case you wanna revert what you did - copy all the lines, paste them after the last line, before the last ] } - Rename all the "path": "SimObjects/Airplanes/MaddogX88/sound/something", or /MaddogX83 or MaddogX with "path": "SimObjects/Airplanes/MaddogX20th83/sound/something", You have to add in between 20th in place of MaddogX88 80 or 83 The objective is for the soundpack to recognize the new 20th version folders inside lsh-maddogx-aircraft folder achitecture

yeah have to "buy it again" in orbx. But the 2024 version. Since you had the 2020 version it will become a free purchase at checkout. Then you will get the 2024 version.

Every one of his videos makes me want to rush out and buy whatever plane he is talking about.

I run 64gb ram with a 4090 already and the fslabs is still the worst performer in my hangar by a mile. Hopefully the 2024 native version will help. But like I said earlier. Even considering all that, the plane is still flyable.
