Fenix bfu available
First of all I have to say that the immersion Level is just insane. So thx to the devs. Besides that I have one observation which I want to discuss. I am not a real airline pilot and never flew the real thing but i have flown countless hours on the Toliss fleet, FSLabs and a also a few rides in a fully fledged Full Motion Simulator. I know the fly by wire systems but still there should be some little inertia after you let go of the stick. Toliss, FSLabs have that. The Fenix feels to me still really snappy and locks in without the feeling of inertia. This small Moment of inertia is very subtle and certainly not a deal breaker but still. Before the BFU this behaviour in flight model out was also mentioned by blackbox711 (former A320 captain). I have the feeling that little inertia is still missing. So what’s the opinion ? Is it just me or are you noticing this also?

Upgrade from MSFS2020 worth it (Mainly Airliner Flying)
Thank you all for your input :). I think I will wait for SU3 as suggested. Seems a good point for switching and spending that 80 Euros 😄

Upgrade from MSFS2020 worth it (Mainly Airliner Flying)
Hello there, I frequently use Xplane 12 as well as 2020. I think both Sims have their advantages and individual flaws. However I am thinking about getting/upgrading to 2024. I am not interested in the best visuals. I am looking for realistic Physics (Flight and ground) as well as weather and performance. I exclusively fly airliners (Fenix, FSlabs, PMDG). Is there anything 2024 offers over 2020? Would a upgrade be worth it? PC Spec: 9800x3D, RTX4080, 64 GB Ram Add Ons: Active Sky, BATC Thanks in advance and best regards

Enhanced Turbulence Effects for MSFS (Active Sky/Real Turb)
Hi, at the moment I started to invest more time and money into MSFS2020. In the future I definitely want to upgrade to 2024 but at the moment I still wait till they fixed most of the issues and my favorite third party aircraft’s become compatible. During my last flights I noticed that there weren’t any (or just a few) turbulence effects. The weather was pretty bad and I missed some moving of the airframe due to hefty winds. My turbulence Settings are set to realistic. The last few days I read a lot about real Turb and active sky and I am still undecided. In regards to that I want to switch to MSFS2024 would you recommend both or just one of them (and if so which one)? I don’t know exactly how the weather improved in MSFS2024 so any advice is appreciated. I am using FSrealistic as well as BATC or maybe Sayintensions in the future. Right now I think that Real Turb would be the right thing but maybe active sky offers more effects which Real Turb doesn’t offer? Thank you very much

MSFS Auto FPS App
Hello, I want to try out this App since I am always limited by CPU. I am a bit confused though. In the readme it says that the app (in the eyes of Microsoft) is regarded as Messing with licensed data. I don’t want to risk a steam ban or something similar for using an app which (in the eyes of steam/microsoft) is not allowed. Is it safe to use in this regard?

REPORTED: FSL Has Just Released Their a321 For MSFS2020
Is that an assumption or is there any statement from FSLabs that they didn’t use the Modern FM? @DEHowie Thank you very much for your inside. I am not in the position to judge which irl pilot (be it on YouTube or here on the forums) is right since I have never flown a real airbus. But I can see how @DEHowie is giving real world example and supporting his opinion with facts which I appreciate a lot. For me such example are far more trustworthy. I only own the Fenix base package and I am still unsure whether to buy FSlabs or the fenix expansion. But currently due to the statements here and the Blackbox 711 streams I lean more towards the FSLabs. Anyway we are talking about desktop simulators and maybe should just appreciate how far we have become and that we are talking about the last 2% of accuracy;)…..

FSLabs review by "Into de Blue..."
I am currently on the edge of buying. I relay like the Mel and persistence feature. Normally I am mainly flying Xplane with all the Toliss aircraft. I am not a real world pilot so I have no idea if my sim planes actually fly „like the real thing“. I am also fully aware that a Desktop Simulator can never replicate the real physics fully but maybe 98% ;)…. In regards to the Toliss fleet the Fenix (i only own the A320 base package) always feels off to me. I can not exactly tell what it was but every time I switched to MSFS/Fenix I had that feeling that something is off. The Toliss aircraft have some „weight“ to them. It may be due to me being used to Toliss. Who knows? I hope that the FSlabs can fill that gap for me in MSFS. I watched a lot of streams from blackbox711. He stated that the flight model/hand flying is more realistic. Especially during flare and landing. Would you say this is true or are they just different? For me this would be a main purchase reason.
