Not talking to you F/O

Is there a key i can press so that F/O does not think i am talking to him when i have real life conversations to deal with whilst using MCE, in other words a mike mute button?

That menu also has an icon with a mic symbol. Click it and he will not listen.

Hmmm i tryed using those before and did not seem to workfor me. Next time i will try again.

Good point but i run in full screen mode and don't want to be messing around with alt-enter each time.
