inputting lat and long coordinates

I have seen how to input the coordinates in the LEGS page and I have the most recent NAVIGRAPH cycle yet when I put the coordinates in the FMC it says "not in database." Any suggestions?

More specific....coordinates? What does that mean..lat/ long or specific airports /navaids?

I normally download the route as it would never let me enter like "54N030W". Would always say not in database. However if I put it like that in SImroutes and downloaded the FP it went in fine.

 

You can enter them 5430N 54/30 too. In the upcoming 777 you'll enter them like N54W030.
