August 24, 201213 yr I have purchased RC V4.3 by download from SWREG and installed it on my PC. I then followed the instructions and sent the email to get the key but I got an automated response saying my email was not on record. I have sent an email explaining the situation along with the SWREG order number to [email protected], register@jdtllc.com, [email protected] and [email protected] but I always get the same automated reply telling me my email address is not on record. What do I have to do to get a key so I can use what I have paid good money for? Can somebody please help? Graham Crossley

August 25, 201213 yr Did you get an e-mail purchase receipt with the download link from SWEG? Paste a copy of that into an e-mail to [email protected] and if no response [email protected], Include a paste of the RC registration dialog. [email protected] is not manually monitored as it is an automation system. Insure as stated you include the e-mail address used for purchase and the user name.
