Wow just trying to cover all the unassigned and better looking ai models out there to replace the UT models... and its taking days. Has anyone thought of making a complete package that adds all the missing and updated AI traffic from the different freeware sites (pai, aia, etc) as a download?

I would love it if someone did!

AlexIf you're meaning all the green or blue aircraft flying around, I find that a bit of a bum too. I'm still trying to work out what airlines they are supposed to represent - does anyone know?Tony

The way I find out is by going into the Ultimate Traffic program and going to utilities then aircraft.Now I select the buttont to sort the left column by airline and just slowly go through the list, and whenever it says ..."default" that means there isnt a repaint. So download a repaint, press the refresh on the top right, select the repaint you downloaded, remove the default and hit add. Recompile after all those changes. Good luck, its taking me days with work and all. hope to finish it in 4 hrs this weekend for all the major carriers

Thanx Alex Looks to me to be quite a tough assignment - there must be a less labour intensive way surely. If you click on Utilities on the bottom right there's a button labelled Repaint List. This generates a useful looking list in Data in your Ultimate Traffic folder. I don't know if this is relevant but have a look and tell me what you think.CheersTony

I use UT and do not have this problem. I think the initial install of the program is where you can avoid installing the unpainted planes. Dear Alex,Try this link (it's Dutch):http://www.ai-traffic.2ya.comThis is a combination of PAI, Aardvark and FS painter models with Most Realistic AI flightplans.Download files AI-Traffic-v3.9.part01 trough AI-Traffic-v3.9.part19 from the top section of the download page.Unzip all the files and run the installer within any of them.Be sure to backup all PAI aircraft if you have them in FS9.This is an ultra complete package!Since I installed this package I don't use neither UT nor PAI anymore.Regards,Haromo

Have downloaded almost 200 megs of my payable traffic to find parts 10,14, 17 and 19 are missing.So DO NOT follow this "Dutch AI" link unless somebody confirms that it's been fixed.

I'm just going to try to keep at it in UT, already paid 30 bucks + 5 for the spring schedules.So far I'm finishing up the major carriers and a few carriers that had no repaints (varig, asiana cargo, polar, british airways world cargo, etc) and replacing the default bad framerate AI with great models from pai, aia, fsp, and my favorite models, ARNZ-AI

You can check a box to not compile unpainted planes - I had no idea there were so many! At least they won't be flying around...did you run the updater and download the available paint schemes? I have never had to do anything manual to get varig and british airways - to be honest I've never look for asiana cargo, polar or world cargo...Strange.I'd love to know if it's possible to share you PAI/AIA/FSP conversions via a UT packager...Best,sg

varig, eva air cargo, a few more. there are many airlines who don't have repaints for that livery. But yes I know about unchecking the display a default scheme for unassigned aircraft... I'm just a realism freak and want more than the basic aircraft at airports, plus being a cargohead freak I can't get enough of cargo liveries, so thats my main goal.Once I am completed with replacing every unassigned aircraft that I can, I'd be glad to share it with the community. I'm trying to be sure I get the right parking codes and get the best looking models as well.
