I like the VC but it would be nice if these guys would go in the way of the BBJ seeing PMDG has beat them to the punch with a quality 737NG (I know Ariane will not top PMDG). At least the BBJ would be something new with a HUD and a quality corporate virtual cabin. I as well as many other would have no problem buying this plane then. Why would anyone go up against a package like the PMDG 737NG??? There is no way you can top that kind of work head on... *:-*

I hope this does not turn out to be like Feelthere CRJ, where they said something similar and only half of the systems were modelled.

AVSIM should track down a REAL 737NG pilot and have them test it for a review.A side by side comparison with the PMDG would be valuable to flight sim enthusiasts as well.

I'm curious as to why someone would build a 737 in direct competition with PMDG when there's lot's of other aircraft out there that need attention (MD-8x etc.) It just seems to me that it would make more sense if you're putting that much work and resources into a product to try and dominate the market for your particular niche rather than compete head on with such an established product as the PMDG 737 and ultimately just divide the market up. Who's going to buy both? Not me, anyway. From some of the posts I've seen here, PMDG has almost a cult following with many users. Just my 2 cents....And I'd really like to see a MD-8x too, hehe.billg

it seems like this was in development for over 2 years, not sure how long ago PMDG made the NG but possibly when they thought of the project, nobody had something to compete? Thats the only problem with long development cycles, by the time you finish, somebody has come out with better and cheaper
