I found it.

 

When I use the phrase 'Before Start Procedure' the FO takes care of setups and let him do the engine start up. When follow this procedure, the announcement is made well.

However I do not like the fact FO starts up the pumps. I use my own sounds in my Home Cockpit, driven by Prosim 737 software. Is there a way that this sound can be removed by you. I think that more Prosim737 user would than be willin' to use this software too. Beside this its working as a charm. And I want to pay for it if you will be able to remove the pumps sound from the FS2Crew 737 default.
