CREW Anouncement default 737 voice

Featured Replies

Hi,

Can anyone tell me what is going wrong? All seems to work ok, but as soon as I start to taxi and the crew will make the anouncement, it does not. I mean, I hear the chime which means the crew will speak to the passengers. But after the chime, the crew does not speak. Is there a solution for this. Its a great program, but this is missing :-(

Thanks for any reply and regards,

Ed

Hi Again

Noticed that the CAB volume can only be set to 0 or 1. I can remember that I could increase it to more than 1. So I think the problem has to do with the low volume. How can this be solved? How can I turn up the volume of the CAB button. I scroll up (max 1) I scroll down (min 0)

Thanks again,

Ed

Hi Bryan,

As always, thanks for your fast reply. GREAT service.

Yes, I use the scroll wheel. The only thing I see is '0' and '1'. Is this correct? or can it go up to '2', '3' or more? It seems that the announcement is triggered correctly, because I hear the chime, meaning the announcement is made. But the voice of the crewmember aint be heard. All other functions (FO) and groundcrew works fine.

I am very curious to make the software working as nice as it was again

Best regards,

Ed

Hi Bryan,

I have reinstalled it several times clean and afterwards installed the SP1 too. The problem remains. When I use the preflight in CFG panel, and let the system do the job, the anouncement after hearing the chime is made ok, But as soon as I do the work in combination with the FO, the chime is to be heard but the voice of the crew doing the anouncement is not present.

Thanks,

Ed

Hi Bryan,

After a long time of non flying, today I tried to follow above. To be more precise:

I am missing the safety announcement of the crew which should be playeds right after starting to taxi. This is missing. When hearing the chime and when I respond with YES, the FA tells me that the crew is ready for take off. So FA should start with the safety announcement, which does not come up. A little while later and this works, FA tell to be ready for take off.

So can you tell me what cause the missing safety announcement?

Again thanks and regards,

Ed
