Only 2D view (without VC), please help to setup.

Featured Replies

Hello all.

I want to setup 2D without VC. I use EZdok Camera 1.17 also I use ATI eyeinfinty (res. 4116x1024).

This is my 2D view setup.

I made my panel.cfg setup for 2D view. I deleted in panel.cfg VC SECTION, all [VCockpit XX].

Also I disabled 2d main view, you can see on screen what I enable, all others not show in default 2d view.

But, when I switch to 2D view and move joy hat (right corner or left corner) on my joy , VC still exist.

I want to disable VC (to get more fps).

Is possible to do that?

Thanks for help and any advice.

GOOD HEAVENS!! Why in the world would you do what you've done?? That computer you have should easily run the 737 in VC mode. I'm wondering if maybe you aren't looking more for an arcade style airplane rather than a near full simulation of a real aircraft? It seems like maybe you've done the equivalent of buying a Porsche to drive 5 km to your factory job when you really want a Honda Civic.

I'm not sure you can do what you are doing successfully with this airplane. Seems to me you could end up disabling a bunch of systems in the aircraft in the process. Have you looked at the JF 737? It might be more suited to your needs. Sorry, but I don't think you'll find an answer to your question here. I might be wrong though (wouldn't be the first time) .

Better to use the default 737 instead of paying money for the NGX in this case.

ATC: Yeah, it's OK. He's not hungry.

is not TRUE. EHAM = 10-15 fps

is not TRUE. Default 737 , doesnt have FMC, great FD...etc.

I will use VC of course,

Think Ryan has mentiond this before some where i think. By removing the vc wont increase your fps at all, since your flying in vc or 2d whatever suits you.

I think everyone has problems around certain airports. Seattle and Anchorage are 2 other examples. About all you can do is drop your autogen down (I have mine on Sparse for places like that) and hope.
