I want to install FSX on a different computer than the one I currently have it installed on, my question is, is there any file I can backup so that I don't lose any of my awards, or my logbook? Or is that completely impossible, I'll have to re-do all the missions and everything?

Just make a copy of your entire "My Documents\Flight Simulator X Files\" folder

All that's in there are my saved flights, saved settings and my logbook

Would that include the awards and the finished missions?

look for something like

 

c:\documents and settings\<username>\application data\microsoft\FSX

 

and backup the complete folder. Contains all the settings, controls, awards and what not!

Okay, found that, but there are two different FSX folders, one under local and one under roaming in appdata, which one should I save, or should I just save both?

You need the one in the Roaming folder. In there you can find GrantedRewards.BIN and your FSX.CFG.
