I just looked everywhere I know and could not find the LTBJ 2008 scenery. Can anyone help me?

Thanks but this is not LTBJ 2008 wich is most complete. The file at Avsim library is an old afcad file. I searched the major sites like avsim and flightsim. Searching at google I find beautyfull images but not the file itself.

Check the forum over sanalpilot.com, you should be able to find most if not all Turkish sceneries.
