September 23, 201213 yr Hi everybody Since any posts in the sticky above seemed to have been missed since March, is there any progress at all on this SP? The last official info was HiFi were working on some final changes (such as the 20 degree wind discrepancies and the slight barometric pressure differences). Wouldn't mind this one being put to bed at last, feels like ASE has been forgotten a bit here. Cheers, SLuggy I do not have a signature. Why are you reading this?

October 6, 201213 yr One thing that seems to happen ALOT on this forum is that alot of peoples questions go un answered. I would bet to say that SP4 is a dead duck and will never leave BETA. I used SP4 BETA for a few weeks and didnt see any difference using it over SP3. I have since then removed SP4 BETA and have gone back to SP3. I must say that having a weather ADD ON has probably given me the worst problems to date for me in FSX almost to the point of not wanting to even mess with it anymore. Jim Wenham
October 6, 201213 yr I must say that having a weather ADD ON has probably given me the worst problems to date for me in FSX almost to the point of not wanting to even mess with it anymore. I just default weather. I dont have any wind shifts, clouds disappearing/appearing at random, pressure shifts etc. Can't be bothered with the weather addons. For me none of them work the way they should probably due to FSX being a mess. With AS after every new release or service pack I always seem to get problems. I have uninstalled AS and REX and consigned them to burn in the fiery pits of virtual eternal damnation forever more.
October 6, 201213 yr Can't edit post - Just saw this thread which looks promising http://forum.avsim.net/topic/386227-need-new-weather/
October 6, 201213 yr Commercial Member I haven't worked on any ASE betas since AS2012 was started up. The last ASE build I have is SP2, then SP3 was released B647 and work started on AS2012. SP3 is almost 2 years old now. Regards, Dave Opper HiFi Support Manager
