Hey fallows,

the CTP 2012, is getting really close.

i looked for my flight that i have booked, and realized i can't do it with a 737 (due to holding and alternate together)

so should i start learning on a bigger aircraft or there's chance the T7 will be here till then?

Hey Lukas,

i really want to try the MD-11, but i didn't find a voice control for him with fs2crew. BTW i am afraid i will be disappointed by the graphics, which flight are you doing? cheers.

My personal feeling is more early-mid 2013.

The MD-11 is older but you can still see the displays and switch labels. If that's the only reason you don't want to try it you're missing out. It's a new method. You fly an A320, you can fly the A380 and the same for a 737 and a 777.

Hi!

I don't use FS2CREW with the MD-11 so I cannot comment on that. You won't be dissapointed with the MD-11, she's great! I'll be flying KCVG to EGLL at FL360, TOT 1135z. What you flyin'? :-)

Keep a lookout on the booking's page, you might get lucky if someone drops their flight. Luckily I booked a couple of hours after it was published so I pretty much got what I wanted

Oef, KPHL to EHAM is really pushing the NG to it's limits! Alternatively you can also go in the MD-11, 747, LVLD 763ER, or something else which strikes your fancy :)

Ah! Boeing 377 Stratocruiser

I will be also flying the MD-11.

As for the graphics, I can honestly say that it is very very nice still. You can see the age but it does not matter as the fidelity of this aircraft is plain awesome.

yea, thanks for the tip, the 767 level d seems to be very old and the 2d upper panel is really not for me. i'll check the MD11 out, thanks and hope to see you in the skies!
