RC4 is a great tool, and unlike a lot addons these, it works like it was tested in detail, excellent product.

 

But for my experience with JD license i cant say the same.

 

IN order to reduce load on my system drive moved rex,as2012 and rc4 , reinstalled all in new drive same PC.

Rex and As2012 licenses were ok, but the JD license failed, and i have had to request new license to use software i already purchased on same PC with no hardware changes.

 

Please help us improve the licesne situation to adapt with fsx users needs to reconfigure thier PC platform as and when needed without having to request a new liscence for every move i make.

Did you register RC using the automatic e-mail registration. A low number of changes are permitted without cost. If your e-mail has not changed since your last registration, it will be automatically issued for your new or reformatted disk or and/or operating system. A new folder on the same disk not reformatted will work with your existing key. RC reinstalled on the same disk as single or dual operation (one folder each for FS9 and FSX) will use the same key for each version.

 

The automatic registration e-mail reply usually takes only about twenty to thirty minutes if nothing changed except the product code unless there is a system problem.

 

If your e-mail and user name has changed your registration will have to be handled manually and then your purchase record will be updated. To do this send an e-mail to [email protected] with the subject registration user data update. Include your old e-mail address and user name of your order information. Your user name should be the same (not referring to forum user name) as RC is licensed to a single user. Include any special information as to why you need the new key. It should be handled within a day or so.

 

Be sure jdtllc.com is allowed through your PC and ISP spam filters.

 

In placing the product code include any - if present.

 

When you receive your key paste it in the key portion of the registration dialog and be sure there are no spaces preceding or following when you do your paste from your e-mail reply.

change your pc, get a new key. send an email, get a new key. if you send a personal email, requesting a key, then when i read the personal email, i generate the key, and send it to you.
