On FlightAware, searching KSEA-KCVG, this is an active route:

Try loading just SEA....if you look at KSEA route VIA Flight Aware eg. you will find SEA in route string for many departures

In answer to your direct question, the fix SEA053015 is code for a point 15nm from SEA vortac on the 053 radial and can be programmed into the FMC by typing in the expression: " SEA053/15 " (without the quotes) and uploading it into the route on the legs page.
