I know this is a bit subjective but

what is the best traffic out there I currently use traffic x from just flight but as its a bit old now I wonder if there is anything better out there now,

I'm looking for mainly airline stuff using lhr,lgw,jfk

For me UT2 without a doubt, and I use its PowerPack to add schedules that are either missing, are more accurate, or have planes like the 787 and 747-8. UT2 also announced upcoming improvements, which have not been specified.

I hoe you'll find help to decide, which package suits you better, there's just no such thing as a "best traffic addon", they all have their pros and cons!
