OK.Guess my FSX is messed up niw. Looks like i need to reinstall FSX from scratch again.Clean installation with your advise would be good i think.

Just to update you,i have uninstall FSX completely and will reinstall FSX again.Can you please guide me step by step on dealing with the DX10 setup.

My fsx wasnt starting up at all.If you have the fixed version of the fsx.cfg,would you be able to email me so thati can change it on my installation pls.

Can i check if these steps are right.

1) Fresh insall of fsx

2) do what the "to doc" doc says

3) change original fsx.cfg with your tweaked fsx.cfg

3) Install the shader

TeamSpeak3 - get it from here.http://www.teamspeak.com/?page=downloads , whichever one suits your operating system.. Singapore time is +12 from Canada - it's almost 8pm here, so it's almost 8 am Tuesday morning, right? and I assume you work nights? What time are you normally home?

Yea Paul, its 8am here and i work 3 different shifts. Im night tonight and off tomorrow. I'll be home the whole day tomorrow. I'll be online from 5pm in the evening (Sin time).

OK - so why don't we start a TeamSpeak3 session at around 9:pm your time - 9:am Canada, and meet at the avsim.digitalthemepark.com "Flight Division" -> "Avsim Flight Group" -> "Hangar Talk". From there we can setup a Teamviewer session, and then we can move ahead at a very rapid pace.

You will be flying in DX10 before noon. Does that sound better? It's a little too late in the evening (here) to start the process, but you could certainly download and install Teamspeak - it's free, and you can make the connection to avsim.digitalthemepark.com without help, I think.
