Only because FSX has more autogen better water effects and more hi res textures if their were only something like that for fs9

 

That's the difference between a 6 year old sim and an 9 year old sim!!!

I have both on separate hard drives. I really like how I've set up FS9, but I must admit that FSX has turned out very nicely. I do have the equipment to run it. It makes all the difference in the world.

I've got to admit, FSX is nice, but you can easily make FS9 look better with a few additions

Except for a few models like the L-39, not on the windshields!!

My Conclusion: All of this makes sense if you don't think about it.
