November 5, 201213 yr I just updated to SP1c on the NGX. Now all I see is the wings and a PMDG 'box' where the front of the plane is. Cockpit view is good, plane flys normally. But when I switch to outside view it only show wings. I removed the Britsh Airways paint and re-installed it but it did not help, the stock PMDG 900 winglets are the same. I had to taxi like this. :( I don't want to re-install as I just set everything up. I've re-installed the BA Paint 3 times, no joy. Any help appriciated Thanks Speedbird 536 Steve Higa from Oxford UK

November 6, 201213 yr Hi Steven, do you happen to use EZDOK? (ie EZCA).......if so, you need to run the config for EZDOK again before starting FSX. Once you've done this, the external view will be ok again. You need to rerun the EZCA config to readd the camera definitions to it. Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com
