November 9, 201213 yr In my opinion, all online software stores should aspire to Flight1's excellent customer support. I have purchased several titles from them-- as well as returned a couple. Never hassled, and never questioned when requesting a refund. The download servers are quick!! I do wish that they had more titles-- as I would purchase only from them if I had the choice.

You can't go wrong - their products are excellent almost without exception but has been pointed out, their refund policy is there if you don't like the product. I have made many purchases from them with no regrets - the only one I ever bought that I wasn't keen on they instantly refunded my money
