I have reinstalled Microsoft Flight but when I sign in I get this message

I am pretty sure I am signing in with the same account that I used to download and purchase the game in the first place so that can't be the problem.

 

Any ideas?.

No one knows anything?. I have been trying to get in contact with MSFlight to ask for a new key but I haven't had any answer. I guess I lost the content I purchased?.

Have you searched this forum for "key" or "product key"? I can't remember exactly, but I thought there was a thread about this sometime back. If not, then it must be over at the Steam forum.

 

I'm sorry I can't help more, but so far I haven't had this issue. Hope you get it worked out.

It didn't work.

 

The problem is I haven't had any answer from MS and even tried to get in contact via facebook.

Apparently they must be very busy?.

 

I got the Maule and the RV and also Alaska so it'd be a shame losing all that content when I paid for it.

 

It seems a problem with the serial, I have no idea why.
