livery manager

Featured Replies

I recently moved FSX from the programx86 directory to its own directory, everything went fine and ive been runing flawlessly since. However, my first wrinkle seems to have popped up.

When I open the livery manager now it goes to the old programx86 location for the root directory. I figured this wasnt an issue and guided the applet to the new location of c:/FSX/MicrosoftSimulator, but try as I may the livery mangager will not identify my variations of 737ngx.

I hope its a simple fix that im just missing, something short of a reinstall.

Any ideas?

Thanks in addvance

any other suggestions?

So, just have to confirm - did you change the root directory to "c:/FSX/MicrosoftSimulator" or "c:\FSX\MicrosoftSimulator"

Hi, I can understand your frustration! I had the exact same problem with the livery manager! 2 things you can try

1- hover your mouse over the livery manager, right click and hit run as administrator

If that dosent work I did a pmdg 737 ngx re install ! After the re install it worked fine.

Hope this helps
