November 13, 201213 yr Everytime I get to cruise altitude my airplane is bouncing up and down, unable to hold altitude. This only started happening with beta 240
November 13, 201213 yr Commercial Member Not sure that is anything to do with OpusFSX, once the weather is loaded everything else is down to FSX. Are you getting winds shifts?
November 13, 201213 yr I've suffered this as well, although haven't flown enough recently to be able to definitely say what the cause is. My initial impressions are that it is speed related as at slower speeds the phenomenon disappears. I haven't checked whether there have been upper wind components that have contributed to an unstable speed situation arising and I haven't as yet been inputting est winds aloft into the FMC. Maybe that would make a difference and the FMC would calculate speeds taking into account the upper winds...but I haven't got that far into the problem yet? November 13, 201213 yr Just as a reminder, time accelleration isn't used? It causes these kind of trouble, too. Regards Hirsch
