November 16, 201213 yr how do I do that? Contact PMDG Support at http://support.precisionmanuals.com/Main/Default.aspx You will need to register (free) an account with their support desk. November 16, 201213 yr Yeah I did that, no download link anywhere. You need to authorize the account you registered with the PMDG Support desk. When you log into the PMDG Support desk, click "Submit a Ticket". From the Department menu, choose "Re-Downloads" and click "Next". Fill out the form and click "Submit Ticket". When PMDG receives the ticket, they will confirm you bought the extended download service and will send you a new download link. Kenny Lee"Keep climbing"
November 20, 201213 yr I just purchased the EDS after a hard drive failure and computer rebuild. I submitted a ticket as the email told me and confirmed my email accout. I have yet to recieve a new download link and am wondering when I might recieve it? Thanks.

If you haven't submitted a ticket for the link here's how you do it: When you log into the PMDG Support desk, click "Submit a Ticket". When PMDG receives the ticket, they will confirm you bought the extended download service and will send you a new download link.
