My MD-11 is on its second D check LOL

You guys are awesome, as you are the link to the flight deck of awesome aircraft that we would never get a chance to ever experience.I tried to imagine a world without PMDG, well it was dam scary. I am so spoiled on the products you produce, when you think about what it really takes to take an aircraft, put it in a virtual world, oh and make it as real as you can within the constraints of flight simulator, yeah its amazing.You also raise the bar for other software publishers as well, as a result we armchair captains all benefit.I love taking flights on 737's and blowing the flight crews minds of the stuff I know.We as a collective want everything yesterday, but the wait is so worth it. I still am flying the MD-11 and 737NG as they are awesome products. I love it when people say it cost too much, really? look at what you get, can you do this you're self, not a chance.Many fail to realize the millions of lines of code that have to be perfect or nothing works, so to the complainers,shut up I am so impressed with PMDG and you're products are well worth the wait and the money. It will be a sad day when PMDG rolls out its last aircraft.

I will guess $80 to $100 that seems to be the going rate for quality flight simulator add ons.

It wont be out by Christmas that's for sure, I would bet on Jan or February if you are lucky, that is a guess truth is it will be out only when PMDG wants to put it out till then it is a waste of time even visiting here, and I am just going to check the store from time to time and just put my $100 down when its out.

I Predict you wont see the 777 until sometime in January, I made the same prediction on the MD-11 when the same insanity was going on, the developers are in holiday mode meaning nothing is getting done, they need a break, so for that reason you will not see it till at least January or later. I would just enjoy the MD-11 and not worry about it.

With the MD-11 flightplans are easily imported to the FMC company route, but the 737NGX, not happening, and I at one time was able to do that.What am I doing wrong?

Ya know flying the MD-11 isn't so bad.

With the 777 around $80 to $100 and the FS Crew about $40 it will be money well spent that for sure.

The thing is no one knows, we can only guess, it will just show up one day, it might be today or 2 years, who knows? I can assure you when it is out, you will be very happy as PMDG wants it as perfect as possible.

I wouldn't mind if it came out next year, because when it does, it will be absolutely amazing.

I have greatly enjoyed the MD-11 and it being a PMDG product, I can be assured of quality, yes I'm a PMDG snob. I will use that for my long hausl untill some fine day the 777 comes out.

My bet is still some time in January for $80 to $100.

I first thought this was a hold a gun to PMDG's head kind of thread, but turned out to be an awesome story, very nice.

Yeah but it makes it interesting, as you know last minute problems can come up and cause a major delay,you are dealing with a very complex program, you never know.

As long as they have been working on it it should be as good as PMDG.

The 777 is like a big 737 to me, so it will be the 737NGX for short to medium flights and the 777 for the long haul stuff.
